In July of 2015 many families across Saskatchewan were evacuated due to forest fires burning across the province. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo teamed up with Cameco and their partners (West Wind, Points Athabasca, Des Nedhe, Kitsaski) to travel to Cold Lake AB., Prince Albert, North Battleford, Regina as well as Saskatoon in efforts to provide evacuees with a smile. We would like to thank our friends at Cameo as well as their partners for including us in such a wonderful event.
Enjoy a short video about our experience:
Bibbidi princesses often take time out of their royal duties to stop and visit the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House located in Saskatoon. We have participated in many Home for Supper events, and love to bring a little magic to the house. A special thank you goes out to all the volunteers of the house, your kindness and involvement in our community is truly amazing.
Over the years we have loved working with the Make a Wish Foundation of Saskatchewan to assist in helping make dreams come true. Our princesses are pictured here celebrating World Wish Day at the Royal University Hospital.
In September 2015, Bibbidi Princesses were involved in Best Buy's, Backpacks for Kids. The event provided 150 children from St. Marks school with backpacks loaded with a years worth of school supplies. Special thanks to the local Best Buy team for hosting such a great event for children in our community!
We have been able to celebrate the holiday season with the Festival of Trees Saskatoon for two years ! It was a great way for our princesses to get involved with the community and get in the Christmas spirit, Saskatchewan style!
Thanks to everyone who came out to see us and thank you to The Festival of Trees for this great opportunity!
